All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. This policy applies to all Digital Products, including DAW Templates and PDF Guides.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

1. No Refunds – No Exceptions

Due to the digital nature of all products sold on this website, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or returns under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Accidental or mistaken purchases

Buyer's remorse

Failure to read product descriptions, contents, or requirements

Compatibility issues with your DAW, plugins, operating system, or hardware

Inability to open, read, or use a PDF file

Software updates, version changes, or discontinued features

Dissatisfaction with workflow, content, sound, or results

Missed sales, discounts, bundle deals, or limited-time promotions

Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final and non-reversible.

2. Technical Download Issues – Limited Exception

The only exception to our no-refund policy is a verified technical failure that prevents you from downloading or accessing your purchased file.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents file access, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase date

Provide your order details and a description of the technical issue

We will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or alternative download link. This exception applies to file delivery failures only and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Digital Product Delivery & Waiver of Refund Rights

All Digital Products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing a digital product delivered electronically

You have reviewed the product description and understand what you are purchasing

Delivery occurs at the time of download or file access

You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal

4. Promotions, Discounts & Offers

All promotions, discounts, and special offers are:

Clearly described at the time they are offered

Time-limited and subject to change or termination without notice

Non-retroactive

Purchases made outside of a promotional period are not eligible for retroactive discounts or bundled offers.

5. Promotion Clarification Requirement

If you have any questions about a promotion, bundle, discount, or advertised offer — including what products are included, how the promotion works, or what you will receive — you must contact us for clarification before completing your purchase.

By proceeding with a purchase without first requesting clarification, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the promotion as presented. Claims that a promotion did not match expectations after purchase will not be considered grounds for a refund, credit, or dispute. We are happy to assist and clarify before you buy.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that is clearly marked as NO REFUNDS constitutes a violation of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

Dispute chargebacks with proof of digital delivery and policy acceptance

Immediately terminate your license to use the purchased products

Revoke access to purchased products

Refuse future purchases
